9 foods to improve your mood & well-being

1. Raw Organic Cacao – not the sugary and dairy laden commercial chocolate, but real cacao is rich in tryptophan, which is a powerful mood-enhancer, assisting the production of serotonin (feel good hormone).

  2. I’ve been on Spirulina for years and it absolutely gives your more energy and helps your overall health. I also include Cacao in my protein shakes. It all seems to be working cause I generally feel great in mind and body. Thanks for the helpful tips.
